Instructions to make Vegetables Fried Rice:
  1. Wash vegetables and put them a side.
  2. Take out stem of cabbage and divide into four pieces. Now cut cabbage into Julian cut. Put in a bowl.
  3. Cut Capsicums into pieces. Take out seeds and white part from them. Now cut them into Julian cut. Put in a bowl.
  4. Takeout white part from green onions. Only use green parts. Now cut green onions. Put in a bowl.
  5. Peel off the skin of carrots. Cut them into 2 inches pieces. Now use slicer to slice them into slices. Now cut them into Julian cut and put in a bowl.
  6. Soak rice for 10 minutes. Now add water, salt in a big pot and bring it boil. Now strain rice and cook it in a salted water. When rice is cooked, strain out water and thoroughly pour tap water to cool down rice.
  7. Beat eggs and food colour in a bowl. Now add 1 tbsp oil/ ghee in a fry pan and scrambled fry them. Put them a side.
  8. Pour 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
  9. Add carrots and stir fry it for a while.
  10. Add Capsicums and stir fry it.
  11. Now add salt, soya sauce, black pepper powder and chicken powder. Stir fry them for a minute.
  12. Now add cabbage and mix it well.
  13. At last add green onions, mix it well and close the stove immediately.
  14. Now mix vegetables and rice in a big pot. Also add soya sauce and black pepper powder and mix it well.
  15. Now take out a wok. Pour oil in it. Transfer vegetables rice into it. Also add scrambled eggs and stir fry it for 5 minutes.
  16. Serve it hot with Chinese sauce. I used same wok for serving. Sprinkle some green onions for garnishing
