  2. Add,salt pepper and ajinomoto, mix well.now add boiled rice, soya sauce, green chilli sauce and vinegar stir fry the rice for 2minutes

  4. MANCHURIAN BALLS garnishing with spring onions -add salt to cabbage, grated carrots, capsicum.keep aside for 15minutes squeeze well to remove out all the water.
  5. Mix all the other ingredients of the balls.more flour may be added if the mixture does not bind together
  6. Make round Balls.flatten each ball dip in the batter and deep fry in medium heat keep the balls aside
  7. To prepare Manchurian sauce, heat oil add ginger and garlic.fry on low flame for 1minute add green chilies and onions cook for 2minutes
  8. Reduce heat and add Soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and salt and pepper cook for 2minutes
  9. Add water boil add dissolve cornflour stirring continuously cook till slightly thick
  10. Add the balls to the sauce and keep on slow heat for 1minute now Manchurian is ready garnish with green spring onions
  11. Pour the prepared hot Manchurian over the rice serve
