- Take 1 tbsp+1 tbsp Oil
- Prepare 10 Curry Leaves
Instructions to make Raw Mango Chutney:
- Peel off the mango skin. Chop into small pieces. If you are using organic mango just chop them.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil. Roast chanadal, urad dal, dry red chilli, cumin seeds, 3/4 tsp mustard and coriander seeds together.
- Add the mango pieces and saute for a few minutes.
- Cool down. Grind into a paste with coconut, hing and salt.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil. Splutter 1/2 tsp mustard. Add curry leaves.
- Now add in the chutney. Cook for a few minutes.
- Offer Raw Mango Chutney along with rice to Lord Sri Krishna. Honor Krishna Prasadam.
