  2. Add some milk to it. Don't add whole ½ milk at once. Add it in two batches.
  3. Remove the mixture in bowl and keep it at rest for ½ hour.
  4. In the meantime, add ½ cup sugar and ½ water in a pan to make sugar syrup.
  5. Make it about what we call "ek taar ki chashni"
  6. Then after the batter is ready after ½ hour, Fry the malpuas in a shallow pan in which we have heated ghee already. Fry them on medium flames.
  7. Keep the malpuas in sugar syrup for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with some dry fruits.
