  4. Allow the mango mixture to cook in the sugar syrup for 5 minutes or till it becomes little dry.
  5. Switch off the flame.
  6. Allow it to cool completely.
  7. Place it in an airtight container.
  8. Refrigerate it. It can be used up to 6 months.
