- Add the onions to the potatoes and mix. Cook them for a few minutes and continue mixing til the onions are scattered through out the potatoes.
- Drain some of the extra grease and plate them up. They are ready to eat. You can add smoked sausage to this and make just this for dinner or as a side with a meat and vegetable. Enjoy.
